Slovak businessmen intend to participate in Belarus’ transport projects, BelTA learned from the press center of the Belarus Ministry for Transport and Communications.

Minister for Transport and Communications of Belarus Ivan Shcherbo has met with a Slovak delegation recently to discuss the cooperation in the transport area.

At the meeting, Ivan Shcherbo informed the foreign guests about the Belarusian transport complex, told about the international cooperation and attraction of foreign investments in transport projects of the country.

The Slovak businessmen have shown an interest in development of Belarus’ railway infrastructure, the construction and reconstruction of the Belarusian highways.

The Slovak companies actively cooperate in such projects with Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Poland, Russia and Kazakhstan.
