TransCredit Rises on Report

TransCreditBank surged by the most in more than three weeks on Monday after Vedomosti reported that VTB Group may purchase a stake in the lending unit of Russian Railways.

The stock closed up 13.9 percent at 14.247 rubles, its biggest jump since June 11.
