The throughput of Ust-Luga port grew by 17% in January-February 2010

The throughput of the Ust-Luga port amounted to 1.385 mln tons of cargo in January-February 2010, a 17% increase as compared to the same period of 2009.

Bulk cargo handling volume grew by 20% to 1.196 mln tons, that one of timber dropped twofold – to 22.9 thousand tons. The port handled 100.3 thousand tons of general cargo – twice as much as in January-February 2009.
