Russian Railways is increasing Sapsan high-speed train services between Moscow & St. Petersburg

Due to high demand, from 5 April, 2010 Russian Railways is increasing Sapsan high-speed train services between Moscow and St. Petersburg from three to five in each direction.In January 2010, 78,910 passengers travelled on Sapsan trains, with numbers rising in February to 81,488 passengers, an increase of 3.27% on January, says RZD on its website in the news article, where a new timetable for Sapsan is also published.
