The Russian Railways – the Federal Passenger Directorship – is holding open tender to conclude a contract on the development of advanced tariff (pricing) policy and increasing the profitability of long-distance passenger rail services based on a dynamic price-formation system and profitability management.

The organizer of the open tender is the Tender Center, a subsidiary of Russian Railways, states the announcement on the RZD's website.
