RussNeft will get the credit

RussNeft is going to sign additional agreements on two credit contracts with Sberbank, the company informed.These deals will be considered at the special meeting of holders Mar. 18.
They concern the agreements on the launching of the credit lines by the Sberbank.
RussNeft is included into the 10-list of largest oil companies in Russia. In 2007 14.2mln ton were gushed out; processing coming to 7.4mln ton. The total reserves exceed 630mln ton. The Company involves 21 production entities; 2 refineries, oil terminal in Bryansk reg. and 96 fuel stations in Orenburgsky reg.
The share capital is worth 100mln rub. split in 100ths common stocks of 1ths rub. par.
The IH net profit (RAS) rose 7.2% to 13.108bn rub. from 12.222bn rub. prior year; revenues moved down 36.2% to 50.542bn rub. from 79.159bn rub.; gross profit - 25.4% to 17.817bn rub. from 23.876bn rub.; profit from sales - 1.8 fold to 10.097bn rub. from 18.305bn rub.; pretax profit 8% to 15.365bn rub.from 16.723bn rub.
Sberbank is the largest bank in Russia. It has 67.76bn rub. in share capital split in 21586948ths common stocks of 3 rub. par and one billion preferred stocks of the same par value.
The Bank of Russia holds 57.6% (60.3% voting stocks).
The 2008-net profit (IAS) reached 97.7bn rub. or 8.3% less prior year.
The 9-month 2009 net profit (IAS) dropped 9 fold to 10.3bn rub..
The 2009-net profit (RAS) declined 3 fold to 36.2bn rub.
