Integra expanded the GDR program

Integra announced about the expansion of the GDR program by 50mln pcs, the company informed.In Sep. 2009 the Company placed 1.9mln common stocks in the form of 38mln GDRs at $2.5/GDR. It managed to raise $95mln. The number of stocks was increased to 9058125 which is equal to 181.162mln GDRs.
Integra Group was set up in 2004 and now is a leading independent diversified oil servicing company. It consolidated 40 oil servicing companies and entities producing equipment for the oil/gas production sector in Russia and CIS. It works in the sphere of the drilling, capital repair of wells, seismic and geophysics. Its consumers involve large Russian and foreign oil/gas companies performing on the Russian market.
The 9-month revenues (IAS) declined 46.9% to $620mln from $1.167bn; EBITDA - 53.6% to $89.5mln from $192.9mln.
