Belarus to build railways in Turkmenistan?

On the 22nd of January 2010, during a ministerial session of the Architecture and Construction Ministry, the department’s head Alexander Seleznev said, that Belarus is interested in construction of a railway line in Turkmenistan.

- Taking into account the agreements on trade and economic cooperation between Turkmenistan and Belarus, the Architecture and Construction Ministry has sent a proposal to the Turkmen competent organizations to implement several projects in the country, namely, to construct a glassworks and a 250 km railway line - Alexander Seleznev said, cited by the law.by portal.
