Parliament will end today’s work considering the apportionment of funds from the budget surplus, MPs decided at the beginning of the meeting on Friday.

Social and investment packages will be financedб Railway Market-CEE Review reports.

Investment package- BGN 90 m will be for the building of Trakya highway and routine repairs of the roads as well as property compensations, which had been damaged by infrastructure objects. The National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC) will receive BGN 30 m.

Social package- BGN 90 m will be for assured incomes towards December 31. BGN 337.5 m will be for once time addition to the pensions.

BGN 29,53 m will be for energy subsidies. BGN 36 m from the budget surplus will be for the people with lowest incomes.
Health and Education fields will also be financed.

According to Focus News Agency, Bulgarian National Television and Bulgarian National Radio will broadcast the meeting. Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev and ministers from the cabinet will attend the meeting.
