Rosneft Suspends Bond Placement

Rosneft has suspended the placement of series 01, 02, and 03 bonds worth a total of RUB 45bn (approx. USD 1.79bn),.

The decision was made by Rosneft's Board of Directors during a meeting on August 31, while the minutes of the meeting were signed on September 3 and the placement was stopped on the same day. The company attributes the move to its decision to make changes in the bond offering process and amend the issue decision and the prospectus accordingly, RBC reports.
