Deutsche Bahn May Buy Polish Private Rail Company

Deutsche Bahn AG, Germany's state- owned railway, may buy a 75 percent stake in CTL Logistics, Poland's private rail freight distributor, from Bridgepoint Capital Ltd.

London-based Bridgepoint bought CTL in November for an estimated 350 million euros ($554.7 million) to 400 million euros, Bloomberg reports.
