Veolia Wants to Start Rail Services in Poland

Veolia Transport of France is making a second attempt to get a license to sell regional rail transport services for individual clients in Poland, Bloomberg reports referring to the Wall Street Journal Polska.

Poland's railways regulator, which turned down the previous request because of a lack of necessary documents, plans to rule on Veolia as soon as possible, the watchdog's Chief Executive Officer Wieslaw Jarosiewicz told the newspaper.
