Tallink Has to Make Its Proposal to Seamen

Ferry company Tallink and Estonian Seamen Union representatives agreed that Tallink presents the union its wage calculation.

Tallink and Seamen Union will meet with the public conciliator Henn Pärn again on June 26, ETV24 writes according to Baltic Business News.

Kaia Vask, the chairman of supervisory board of Seamen Union said that Tallink may conduct the calculations and tables but it is not possible to compare employees at the sea and on the ground. She added that the work at sea is quite specific.
