Volume of Passenger Traffic of "Domodedovo" for January-April Increased up 23.8%

The volume of passenger traffic of OJSC "International airport Domodedovo" (IAD) for January-April, 2008 grew up 23.8% to 5.677mln persons in comparison with the similar period of 2007.

The volume of passenger traffic in April, 2008 made nearby 1.6mln persons, that is 24.2% more parameters of April, 2007, AK&M reports.

The greatest growth is noted in directions: Hurgada, Charm-ale-sheikh, St.-Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Dubai, Antalya, Frankfurt, London, Dushanbe. On these routes in Domodedovo in April, 2008 482.659ths passengers have been served.

The volume of passenger traffic on international lines in April increased up 26.2% to 894.512ths persons, on internal - up 21.8% to 700.676ths persons.

Intensity of runway operations in April made 15.57ths, that exceeds the parameter of the similar period of the last year up 15.8%.
