Towards a profitable railway sector in the wider Black Sea area
For the countries in the wider Black Sea area economic recovery is foreseen starting with 2010. How can the railway sector be a significant component of the growth engine?
The 5th edition of the Summit aims to reveal the railway business opportunities and technological innovations in the wider Black Sea (WBSA) area, in the light of the significant number of projects being implemented and generous investments planned. The 2 days event will underline the challenges ahead for the 28 railway markets in the WBSA area and will prospect their evolution for 2028.
Major factors like passenger and freight liberalization, technological and institutional interoperability, regional, national and cross border development, other key issues shaping the industry will be examined by more than 250 key decision and influential factors in the industry. The agenda features well known leaders from the railway business environment, international organisations and state authorities that will be involved in developing a vision for the Wider Black Sea Area.
